Vinum Experience - A Feast for the Senses
Fantastic food in a spectacular setting.
Enjoy a marvellous lunch or dinner with incredible views over the River Douro and the interior of Graham's 1890 cellars. Vinum is an extension of the 19th century cellars where Graham's famous Port wines are aged. The restaurant's main room breathes that same world of wine, with its historic pine wood beams supported by iron pillars from 1890 and a unique view of the 3200 barrels of ageing wine.
The gastronomic experience at Vinum is carefully designed to harmonise refined flavours with excellent wines, providing a unique journey for the palate. The menu consists of several stages, from reception to dessert, guaranteeing a memorable meal.
