The Gastronomic Experience at Seixo
Memory and regional flavours are the two ingredients that feed the Seixo restaurant. Here, Chef Vasco Coelho Santos ' cuisine is showcased by the Douro River and the old vineyards, and his main objective is to combine comfort and tradition with flavour and emotion.
Seasonality and sustainability abound on the menu. Local and national products feature prominently and merge with the stories of the people and their land. Customers are invited to relax, savour and enjoy the cuisine and all the surroundings in a variety of moments.
At the table in Seixo, not only the product is celebrated, but also the region and Portugal.

About the Project
Sandeman Seixo by Vasco Coelho Santos is Sogrape's new gastronomic project, born at Quinta do Seixo - the property that serves as the birthplace of the best Sandeman Port Wines.
With a privileged location in Cima-Corgo, it offers a breathtaking view of the River Douro and the town of Pinhão.
